The 61st PAMET Annual Convention was held at the Manila Hotel in the Philippines from December 2 to 4. During the Lunch Symposium on December 3, Dr. Anthony Ang Wei Tzer of ARKRAY Singapore delivered a lecture titled “Key Updates on the Latest ADA Guidelines for HbA1c Testing in Diabetes: The Role of HPLC for Compliance and Precision.” The event attracted 1,200 on-site participants and was sponsored and organized by Grepcor Diamonde, Inc., in partnership with ARKRAY Philippines. This presentation played a significant role in raising awareness of the latest clinical recommendations for diabetes management using HPLC, which we believe provided substantial value to the participants.

The three-day convention was attended by around 1,000 to 1,200 Chief Medical Technologists and Medical Technologists from both government and private hospitals and laboratories throughout the Philippines.
